All motors are dismantled and a full report given to the customer detailing the cost to repair and expected lead time.

Forklift motors AC & DC are stripped down, cleaned and inspection Carried out, Drop Test & insulation Tests are performed along with other tests, dc motors have the commutator skimmed and the mica is undercut, All bearings and seals are replaced, varnish & bake the windings, along with any machining as and where required is carried out in-house, All carbon brushes replaced, and brush gear Tested, The motor is re-assembled, run tested and checked if passed the motor is then sprayed and stampled with a ( 6 months warranty number ) which acts as your guarantee and gives ourselves

Full traceability of the work carried out to that motor, A/c motors with sensor bearings have the same as above the sensor bearing is tested and replaced with a (SKF Only) Branded Sensor Bearing assuring you the customer our commitment to carrying out a quality repair to your motor.
